1. Who operates this website

In this document, "we" and "the clinic" refer to that legal entity.

2. What this website is for, and what it is not

This site was created to explain the 72-hour fixed teeth protocol, the strategic implantology approach on which that protocol rests, and how the clinical process works. It has two jobs: to inform you, and to receive your enquiry for a preliminary assessment.

No text, image, table or video on this site takes the place of a medical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or an examination by a dentist. The timescales, numbers of steps and outcomes described on these pages set out how the protocol works in general; they do not tell you what will happen in your own mouth.

Whether the treatment is suitable for you becomes clear only after a clinical examination, an assessment of your X-rays and treatment planning. This site does not promise zero risk or a guaranteed result.

The site is not an emergency channel. If you have severe pain, bleeding that will not stop, swelling that is spreading quickly or anything that makes breathing difficult, do not fill in the form; go to your nearest accident and emergency department without losing time. Enquiries received through the form are read during working hours and are not monitored in real time.

3. What you accept when you use the site

Using the site means that you accept the points set out below.

If you realise that you do not meet any of these points, you can write to info@implant72.com and ask us to put the matter right.

• You must be 18 or over to complete the enquiry form. If you are enquiring on behalf of someone under 18, you confirm that you are doing so as that person's parent or legal guardian.
• You accept that the information you give is accurate, current and your own.
• You agree not to send another person's X-rays, photographs, identity details or contact details without that person's knowledge and explicit consent.
• You understand that a preliminary assessment can only be as accurate as the information you send. Incomplete or incorrect information produces an incorrect assessment.
• Completing the form does not create any commitment as to an appointment, treatment, timescale or price. The clinic reserves the right not to assess an enquiry and not to accept a patient.

4. The enquiry form and the files you upload

The form asks for your name, your telephone number, your email address, your country, your preferred language, the current condition of your teeth, whether you have X-rays or photographs to hand, when you plan to visit and, if you wish, a free-text message. You can also upload X-rays and intra-oral photographs.

The upload limits are technically as follows: a maximum of 3 files, accepted formats JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF, and a maximum of 8 MB per file. Files that fall outside these limits are rejected by the form.

When you upload a file, the only permission you give the clinic is this: to examine the images and information you send in order to carry out a preliminary assessment, to come back to you and, if treatment is considered appropriate, to prepare your treatment plan; to share them inside the clinic with the dentists and coordinators needed for that work; and to keep them in the clinic's records system. The permission you give is limited to those purposes.

The permission you give does not cover:

Separate written consent is requested from you for any of the uses listed above. Withholding that consent has no effect on your course of treatment; and you can withdraw consent you have given at any time.

The files you upload are not kept permanently on the website's server; they are passed to the clinic's records system together with your enquiry, and storage takes place there.

X-rays and intra-oral photographs are health data, which means they are special category personal data. You are not obliged to send them; you can make an enquiry without them as well, the preliminary assessment will simply stay more general.

• The use of your X-rays and photographs in advertising, promotion, on a website or in social media posts.
• Their publication in a before-and-after gallery or as a patient story.
• Their use for teaching, presentations, congresses, case presentations or scientific publication.
• Their publication in any medium, even if your face is covered or your name is removed.
• Their sale or hire to third parties, or their transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Content, copyright and trade marks

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, page layout, images, illustrations, tables, videos, logos and software code on the site belong to the legal entity operating the site and are protected by copyright law.

You are free to do the following: read the pages, print or save them for your own use, share a link to a page, and quote briefly with attribution and a link.

The following require our written permission: republishing the content on another website or in print, harvesting the pages in bulk with automated tools, using all or a substantial part of the content in a derivative work, and reproducing the content for commercial purposes.

The terms Strategic Implant® and Stratejik İmplant®, and the name of Prof. Dr Stefan Ihde, belong to their respective rights holders. They are used on this site by way of reference, in order to explain the clinical basis of the protocol, and that use does not amount to any claim of right over the rights holder's trade mark. Other trade names, product names and institution names appearing on the site likewise belong to their respective owners.

6. Case images, patient testimonials and what to expect from the result

The before-and-after images and patient testimonials on the site show the experience of individual people. Because bone volume and quality, general medical condition, oral hygiene, smoking, medication use and the discipline with which a patient attends follow-up appointments differ from one person to another, no promise can be made that the same result will be achieved in your case.

The figures, rates and timescales given on the site are based on the sources cited on the relevant pages and are intended as general information; they are not a guarantee of an individual result.

7. External links and third-party sources

The site may link to scientific publications, official bodies, manufacturers' pages and other third-party content. Those links are there to make it easier for you to reach the source of what is being described.

The content, accuracy, currency, privacy practices and security of the pages we link to are not under our control. When you click a link, that site's own terms of use and privacy policy apply; anything you upload or share there falls under that site's responsibility.

The fact that we link to a source does not mean that we endorse that organisation, clinician, product or opinion.

Third parties who wish to link to this site may link to it directly, provided that they do not place the page inside a frame and do not misrepresent the clinic.

8. Limits of liability

We make every effort to keep the site accurate, up to date and accessible. Even so, uninterrupted access, freedom from error and technical perfection cannot be guaranteed; interruptions may occur because of maintenance, faults, attacks or the underlying infrastructure.

If your enquiry cannot be delivered to the clinic for a technical reason, the form does not show you a success message; it shows you a genuine error message. If you have seen such a message, your enquiry has not reached the clinic; you can try again a little later or write directly to info@implant72.com.

We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions you take after reading the information on the site without obtaining an assessment from a dentist.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the site.

This section does not limit mandatory rules of law, your rights as a patient, your rights under consumer law or the clinic's liability for the healthcare services it provides. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and liability for personal injury, is reserved in every case.

9. Prohibited uses

When using the site, you agree not to do the following.

If we identify use that breaches these rules, we reserve the right to restrict access, to decline to process the enquiry and to pursue the necessary legal remedies.

• Damaging the site, disrupting the service or attempting to circumvent security measures.
• Filling in the form with bots or automated tools, or sending false or bulk enquiries.
• Uploading files that contain malicious software.
• Harvesting, copying or reproducing the site's content in bulk with automated tools.
• Sending another person's identity, contact or health details without their permission.
• Using the site for an unlawful or misleading purpose, or for a purpose that infringes the rights of third parties.

10. Your personal data

The information you give through the form and the files you upload are personal data; X-rays and intra-oral photographs additionally count as special category personal data. The purposes for which this data is processed, who it is transferred to, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy and in the privacy notice. If you are writing to us from the European Union, the rights you hold under the GDPR are explained there as well; the clinic's own processing is governed by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

No tracking for advertising or profiling purposes is carried out on this site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where necessary. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top of the document changes.

If you go on using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant for you, we will also say so on the page.

If your enquiry has already been received, the terms in force at the moment of that enquiry continue to apply to it.

12. Governing law, disputes and language

The site is published in eight languages.

If any provision of this document is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.

The clinic does not publish a telephone number; correspondence is conducted by email. We will come back to you on the email address or telephone number you leave on the form.
